Sizing

Our pieces are designed with an oversized fit unless stated otherwise on the product page (jackets, for example, are not automatically oversized). Every product page includes garment measurements in centimetres, fit notes and material information — sizes run from XS to 4XL depending on the style.

Shipping

Standard shipping is €5.99 within the Netherlands and the European Union, €8.99 to the United Kingdom and €10.99 to all other destinations. Orders over €250 ship free, wherever you are. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Returns

To start a return, email info@jacquardstudios.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If an item arrived damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please include clear photos or a short video. Once your return is confirmed we will send you full instructions, including the address to send it to. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, misprinted or incorrect. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible at info@jacquardstudios.com if you need to change or cancel an order — we will do our best to help before it ships.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
