Shipping

Standard shipping is charged per order at the following rates:

Netherlands — €5.99
European Union — €5.99
United Kingdom — €8.99
All other countries — €10.99

Orders with a total value of €250 or more ship free, to every destination we ship to.

We do not display a fixed delivery time, as this can vary by destination and order. Estimated delivery information is shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Customs and import charges

Depending on where your order is produced and where it is delivered, it may pass through customs. Any import duties, taxes or handling charges that are not collected at checkout are set by the authorities in the destination country and are payable by the recipient, where permitted by applicable law.

These charges are not included in our prices, and customs processing times are outside our control. If you are unsure what applies in your country, check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Right of withdrawal (returns)

As a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with applicable Dutch and EU consumer protection law. This right applies to all items, including items bought on sale.

Before sending anything back, please always contact us first at info@jacquardstudios.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your item arrived damaged, was misprinted, or you received the wrong product, please include clear photos or a short video showing the issue — this helps us resolve things quickly.

Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation — unannounced returns may be delayed or refused.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, unless the item is faulty, misprinted, or incorrect.

You bear the direct cost of returning an item to us, unless it is faulty, damaged in transit, misprinted, or not the item you ordered — in those cases we cover the return shipping.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item, in line with the statutory timelines under Dutch and EU consumer law.
