1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed through jacquardstudios.com, operated by Jacquard, trading as JacquardStudios, Orionstraat 28, 3318 TE Dordrecht, Netherlands. KVK: 42133707. VAT/BTW: NL004995123B71. Email: info@jacquardstudios.com.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of stock or pricing errors.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Shipping costs and available destinations are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date; estimated delivery information is shown at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt, as described on our Shipping & Returns page. That page also sets out how to register a return and who bears the cost of returning an item.

6. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and materials accurately. Minor variations (for example due to screen display or natural fabric variation) do not constitute a defect.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law. Beyond that, our liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Jacquard and JacquardStudios names, the logo, and our product designs, is our property and may not be used without permission.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@jacquardstudios.com so we can try to resolve it directly.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
